Rep. Alexander issues statement on vandalism against Jackson Right to Life
RELEASE|June 23, 2022

State Rep. Julie Alexander, R-Hanover, today issued the following statement condemning acts of vandalism Tuesday night against Jackson Right to Life and a nearby residence:

“The vandalism against Jackson Right to Life — and even someone’s nearby home — has no place in our Jackson community. This appalling act follows a horrific trend of vandalism and violence against pro-life organizations and pregnancy resource centers. These attacks must stop, and the people responsible must be brought to justice. When we disagree politically, we should debate policy issues civilly and peacefully.”

The vandalism included broken windows, as well as spray-painted messages such as “IF ABORTION ISNT SAFE NIETHER R U!” and a reference to “Jane’s Revenge,” which has taken credit for a variety of attacks on pro-life organizations and pregnancy resource centers.
